- Where do I find the information I need for my switch? – All the information that you need for a domestic switch is on an energy bill. We will need your energy provider name, your current tariff name, and your projected annual consumption for your energy or current spend.
- Where does the Radio Tay's Cash for Kids donation come from? – Like other energy switching sites, energy suppliers give us a small commission. Now we get the same commission from all our supplier, and as we are impartial, you can select any tariff from any supplier!
- Will you always get me the best energy deal? – We want our customers to be on a fair deal forever. We take into consideration the cheapest, and also suppliers who value their customers. As part of our service, we will contact you when your tariff is within the renewal
period and do the switch again for you!
- Can I opt-out? – We are sorry to be losing you as a customer! You can always cancel our service. If you do not like your chosen supplier, there is a 14-day cooling off period where you can cancel the switch. You are in complete control of your bills!
